1. Be Honest When Buying or Using Tickets
You must not purchase tickets using false information or for fraudulent purposes. Each ticket is issued to the named buyer and should be used as intended.
2. Treat Organisers and Others With Respect
Do not harass, threaten or abuse event organisers, churches, artists, speakers or other users of the Platform, whether through the messaging system, in reviews or by any other means.
3. Use Messaging Tools Appropriately
Event messaging tools are provided for legitimate event-related enquiries only. Do not use them for spam, advertising, solicitation or any purpose unrelated to the specific event.
4. No Ticket Touting
Purchasing tickets with the intention of reselling them at a profit (touting or scalping) is prohibited. Tickets are for personal use only unless the organiser expressly permits transfers.
5. No False Complaints or Reports
Making false, malicious or misleading reports against organisers, events or other users is a serious breach of these guidelines and may result in account suspension.
6. No Abuse, Scams or Spam
You must not use the Platform to send unsolicited messages, phishing communications, malware or any content intended to defraud or harm others.
7. Respect Event Rules
Each event may have its own rules of attendance, dress code, conduct standards or age requirements. You are responsible for complying with those rules.
8. Safeguarding and Child Protection
Where events involve children or young people, attendees must respect safeguarding boundaries and comply with any rules set by the organiser. Any concerns about the safety of a child should be reported to the event organiser or to the appropriate authorities immediately.
9. Consequences of Breach
Breaching these guidelines may result in a warning, cancellation of your ticket, suspension of your account, or, where the breach involves illegal conduct, referral to the appropriate authorities.
