Trademark and Copyright Policy

1. MyChurch.Events Brand Ownership

The name "MyChurch.Events", the MyChurch.Events logo, and all associated trademarks, service marks and branding are the exclusive property of MyChurch.Events Ltd. All rights are reserved.

2. Permitted Use of MyChurch.Events Brand

You may refer to MyChurch.Events by name in factual statements (e.g. "tickets available on MyChurch.Events"). You must not use the MyChurch.Events name, logo or marks in a manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership without express written permission.

3. Prohibited Unauthorised Brand Use

You must not create websites, social media accounts, marketing materials or any content that uses the MyChurch.Events name or logo without authorisation. You must not register domain names or social media handles that incorporate our trademarks.

4. Organiser Content Ownership

Event organisers retain ownership of content they create and upload to the Platform, including event descriptions, images, videos, logos and promotional materials. By uploading content, organisers grant MyChurch.Events a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and distribute that content in connection with the Platform and its promotion.

5. Copyright Complaint Process

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written complaint to legal@mychurch.events with the subject line "Copyright Complaint". Your complaint must include:

• Your name and contact details;
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on the Platform;
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised;
• A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf;
• Your signature (electronic or physical).

6. Trademark Complaint Process

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your trademark rights, please contact legal@mychurch.events with supporting documentation evidencing your trademark ownership and a description of the infringing use.

7. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you uploaded was removed in error following a complaint, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@mychurch.events explaining why you believe the content should be reinstated. Counter-notifications must include your name, contact details, a description of the removed content and a good faith statement that you believe the complaint was made in error.

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts with a pattern of intellectual property infringement may be suspended or permanently terminated at MyChurch.Events' discretion.
