1. Respect for Human Dignity
MyChurch.Events is founded on Christian values and is committed to treating every person — regardless of their background, identity or beliefs — with dignity, respect and fairness. We do not tolerate conduct that degrades or demeans any individual or group.
2. No Forced Labour, Exploitation or Trafficking
We are firmly opposed to all forms of forced labour, modern slavery, human trafficking and exploitation. We do not engage in, support or knowingly permit any such practices in our operations or supply chain. We comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 where applicable.
3. No Discrimination or Harassment
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, ethnic or national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, age, religion or any other protected characteristic. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all users of the Platform.
4. Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable People
The safety and wellbeing of children and vulnerable adults is of paramount importance to us. We require event organisers to comply with applicable safeguarding requirements and to take appropriate precautions when organising events attended by children or vulnerable individuals. Concerns about the safety of a child or vulnerable person may be reported to legal@mychurch.events.
5. Responsible Supply Chain
We expect all suppliers, contractors and partners to share our commitment to human rights, fair treatment and ethical conduct. Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the standards we expect.
6. Respectful Religious Expression
MyChurch.Events respects the diversity of expression within the Christian and Gospel community. We do not permit the Platform to be used to promote religious content that incites hatred, discrimination or harm towards any individual or group.
7. Reporting Concerns
If you believe that content or conduct on the Platform breaches our human rights commitments, please report it to legal@mychurch.events. We will investigate all credible reports promptly and take appropriate action.
8. Enforcement
MyChurch.Events reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate the accounts of organisers or users who breach these commitments, and to report matters to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
