MyChurch.Events processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We are committed to the following principles:

• Storage limitation: We retain personal data only for as long as necessary;

To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to privacy@mychurch.events. We will respond within one calendar month.

3. Data Subject Access Requests

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you free of charge. We will respond within one month of receiving your request. We may ask for proof of identity before processing your request.

4. Data Deletion and Correction

You may ask us to delete your personal data or correct inaccuracies at any time. We will process your request within one month, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain data.
