It the customer’s responsibility to respond to email enquiries from MyChurch.Events customer services. Failure to respond may result in the order being cancelled or delay in the delivery to the customer.
This is also why you only can get one version of the flyer. The designing process is very time consuming and requires creative planning and perfect execution.
If for some reason after all the processes and communication you are still not satisfied with the content before you have made final agreement for the files to be fully supplied to you then we would need the full detailed reasons why you are not satisfied in writing and we reserve the right to issue merchandise credit (rather than a refund) to you.
